This Refund Policy explains the refund eligibility for services purchased from HotStarVPS. By purchasing any service, you agree to this policy.
All VPS servers are provisioned instantly after successful payment. Because server resources are allocated immediately, VPS plans are generally non-refundable.
If you are charged twice for the same order, the duplicate payment will be verified and refunded to the original payment method.
If payment is successful but the VPS is not delivered due to a verified technical issue on our side, we will either:
Customers may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund of previously paid services.
Accounts suspended or terminated due to abuse, spam, fraud, illegal activities, or violations of our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking system.
